About Us

1. MISSION
The mission of the Museum of Freemasonry is to explain Freemasonry and Australian Masonic heritage. It aims to develop and preserve its collections, present exhibitions and programs, and provide a research facility that allows the visitor to explore Freemasonry, its social influence and its work within the Australian community.

2. VISION AND VALUES
The Museum of Freemasonry will enhance its reputation as a museum of excellence and one which highlights the role that Freemasons have played through history to the benefit of mankind in general. Museum of Freemasonry Shop
The Museum of Freemasonry Shop is the commercial arm of the Museum of Freemasonry Foundation Trust. The ultimate responsibility of the Trust is the preservation of the Collection and to attempt to fulfil the Mission, Vision and Values, Objectives and Strategies of the Museum of Freemasonry.
To this end it works hard to raise badly needed fund to assist in its tasks. As the Trust is a Deductible Gift Recipient, a Charitable organisation and a participant in the Cultural Gifts program donations made to the Trust are put to good use within the Museum of Freemasonry and may be claimed as taxation deductions.
