ORDERS
All orders should be placed on the web site and paid using our
secure
server except as detailed below (*).
Orders may be placed and paid by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and DIRECT
DEBIT cards
are accepted.
(*) Should you not wish to use the secure server you may print
out your
order and either fax to 02 9267 8288 or post to Museum of
Freemasonry
Shop, P.O. Box A259 Sydney South NSW 1235, including your
credit card
details.
Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of order for dispatch of
stock. If
items are temporarily out of stock then you will be informed
of the
possible delay time.
ORDERING GOODS
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site
is an offer
by you to purchase a particular product or service for the
price (including
the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the
time you
place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order,
you are
agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered
unless
you ask us to cancel that order, and we send you written
confirmation
of the cancellation, prior to the goods being dispatched to
you.
The Museum of
Freemasonry Shop may change the prices published on this website
at any
time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of
prices
and information displayed on the Museum of Freemasonry Shop
website, The
Museum of Freemasonry Shop reserves the right to accept or reject
your
offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the
unavailability of
any product, an error in the price or the product description
posted on
this site, or an error in your order. We may require additional
verification or information before accepting any order.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
The Museum of Freemasonry accepts
orders from
around the world on any items which it has
in stock. Customers MUST contact the Museum of Freemasonry
Shop in advance
to ascertain availability of items, confirm payment methods
and cost of freight/shipping to
any international destination. Cost of all international
freight is the responsibility
of the customer. The Museum of Freemasonry Shop takes no
repsonsibility for
and import restrictions which might be in place in any
country, these are the sole responsibility of the customer and
should be determined
in advance. The Museum of Freemasonry Shop takes no
responsibility for any shipments to
any destination which do not have insurance cover.
CREDIT TERMS
Where a lodge or organisation has had an account previously
approved
with us then it will be necessary to post or fax a copy of
their order

Payment will be made per the Direct Debit authority.
Lodges are encouraged to obtain a direct debit card from their
bank
so that they can make such payments directly.
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at a rate of 1.5%
per month
as a late fee unless special arrangements have been made in
advance.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are those items which do not form part of our
normal
range of stock or those items which are custom made or
personalised.
PAYMENTS for special orders must be made prior to the goods
being organised
for delivery by the Museum of Freemasonry Shop..
NO returns or credit will be accepted on special orders. Once
arrangements
are in place NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted.
Exact instructions (including any wording for engraving) for
special
orders must be received in writing before the work will be
started.
Every effort will be made to correct any defects in material
or workmanship
which may occur.
Extra time for the supply of special orders should be allowed
on consultation
with the Museum of Freemasonry Shop.
ABOUT OUR PRICES
All prices are in
Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices and savings may vary from between the Museum of
Freemasonry retail
store and the Museum of Freemasonry Shop online store. All
prices are
inclusive of GST.
The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders
only. Prices
on some items may differ from those available at the retail
shop located
on the Ground Floor entrance to the Sydney Masonic Centre.
Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of
issue, but
may change at any time and are subject to availability, and
are subject
to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to
prohibit
sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical
or photographic
errors on this site, including any such errors in relation to
prices.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any items from our catalogue
(including
this site) then they may be returned within 30 days from
receipt by
you. All merchandise must be returned in original packing and
include
details of the invoice number, invoice date, copy of credit
voucher
(if applicable), reasons for return and contact details should
we wish
to contact you.
Credit/refunds will be made LESS a freight/packaging/handling
charge
or 10% of the amount paid for the item/s.
NO returns are allowed on special orders.
ALL RETURNS AND CREDIT/REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF
GOODS.
FREIGHT & HANDLING
All orders within Australia will be sent via
Australia
Post or Australian Air Express couriers. Where possible
Express Post or Australian
Air Express satchels will be used to ensure security of items
and to
enable tracking. Other freight methods will be at the cost of
the customer
and should be requested at time of ordering.
All pre-paid orders can be shipped to a post office
box. The courier service provided by Auistralian Air Express
can be sent
to a post office box..
Postage
costs are shown on the chackout page. If the order is too
bulky or too heavy
to be sent in one satchel the customer will be contacted with
the actual
postage charges. Orders may be collected if arrangements are
made. Collection
times are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday ONLY. Collection
can be
arranged from the Museum of Freemasonry Shop situated at the
Ground
Floor entrance of the Sydney Masonic Centre, 66 Goulburn
Street, Sydney.

Actual postage costs are calculated via the Australia Post web

There is generally no extra charge for packaging unless items
making
up the order are of an unusual shape, weight or are delicate.
The customer
will be advised in all such cases.
Any items which are received damaged must be claimed against
Australia
Post.
There will be NO C.O.D. ORDERS.
PRICES
There will be a minimum charge of $6 on any postage, handling
and insurance.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not
responsible
for delays due to strikes, material shortages, delivery delays
or any
other cause beyond our control but will endeavour to keep
customers
fully informed of any difficulties or delays which may arise.
TITLE AND RISK
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from
Museum
of Freemasonry Shop to you until we have received payment in
full for
the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
